I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue from Sam Assurance Collision and I’m very happy with the experience. The Carfax showed a previous accident, but the team was completely honest and transparent about everything. They showed us pictures of the damage before repairs and explained the work that was done.

The vehicle was repaired properly by their facility and drives great. You can tell they take pride in their work and stand behind the quality of the repair. They also provided a lifetime warranty on the repair work, which gave us extra confidence in purchasing the vehicle.

Overall, very professional, honest, and trustworthy service. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a repaired vehicle done the right way.

Had a great experience with Samir and getting my bumper replaced. Since the bumper was already coming off, I asked about upgrading the grille as well, and Samir helped source the exact grille I was looking for, which made the whole process super easy.

The price was very fair and the quality of work was excellent. What really stood out was the honesty and customer service. Part of the lower grille was originally quoted to be replaced, but once the work started it turned out it didn’t actually need replacement. He was upfront about it and refunded me for that portion instead of charging unnecessarily.

Really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Definitely someone you can trust and I’ll absolutely be using his services again in the future.

Frank did an amazing job repairing the damage to the front of my car. He was able to give me a quote on the spot when I went in to inquire and it was at a very reasonable price! This was the first time I had ever damaged my car and the first time I had ever been to an auto repair shop and it was such a positive and welcoming experience. I brought my car in over the long weekend and he was able to get it done in a timely manor. As you can see, he did an amazing job and you can’t even tell the car was ever damaged right to the metal. The receptionist Linda was so kind as well and she deserves recognition for her patience, timely returns of all my phone calls, and kindness. Overall, the customer service at this location was excellent and I I am giving a well deserved 5 stars. He was even able to touch up the rock chips I had all over my car with the paint pen I brought. my go to guy made the purchase of the vehicle I decided to buy smooth and effortless, Sam went way above and beyond, making absolutely sure that I was happy with the vehicle, which I very much am, honouring the warranty, even getting me winter tires for an incredibly good price. I live a bit of a distance away abd couldn’t make the trips regarding paperwork and test driving the car.
I put my trust totally in Sam abd he delivered in more ways than one.
There was a bit of challenge with doing paperwork and financing, but Saro Karim
was a huge help in guiding and helping me to technologically and electronically succeed with the application. He also worked very hard so I could stay within my budget.
